Subscriptions
Plans are paid in advance, for a month or for a year, and renew automatically until you turn auto-renew off in your dashboard.
Cancelling
Turning auto-renew off stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded for the unused part of a period, whether you turn auto-renew off or stop using the studio, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
We refund in full a payment taken twice for the same period, or taken by mistake.
If Studio Go is unavailable to you for a long time because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will make it right, with a refund or with extra days added to your plan.
When the payment for your current period is refunded in full, auto-renew is turned off and the plan may end at once, which closes your studio. A partial refund changes nothing else.
How refunds are paid
An approved refund goes back the way you paid: to the card used for the payment or, for a plan paid in cash or by bank transfer, by the means we agree with you. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
Failed renewals
If a renewal cannot be charged, we try again over the next few days, and your studio stays open for a short grace period. If the payment keeps failing, nothing is charged and the plan ends.
